WORK WITH ME
Supporting adults in healing trauma, deepening self-understanding, and moving toward a more authentic and meaningful life.
LIFE MAY NOT HAVE UNFOLDED HOW YOU IMAGINED,,,
You may be carrying the weight of trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship struggles, or painful life transitions. Yet something within you still longs for healing, clarity, and deeper connection. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of painful experiences, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been neglected, overwhelmed, or pushed aside. Our work is rooted in depth, curiosity, and compassion, creating space for greater insight, emotional healing, and lasting change.
Together, we create space for what is ready to emerge.

Ways We Can Work Together

Depth Psychotherapy

When we pause to turn inward, we often begin to uncover the deeper roots of our pain: the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and experiences that shape how we relate to ourselves and others. Depth psychotherapy creates space to explore these inner dynamics with curiosity, compassion, and honesty.

This work is not only about reducing symptoms, but about developing a deeper understanding of yourself, healing longstanding wounds, and reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have been hidden, neglected, or lost.

THIS APPROACH CAN SUPPORT YOU IN...

Gaining insight into unconscious patterns and root causes

Healing early relational wounds and attachment trauma

Cultivating greater meaning, authenticity, and self-understanding

Integrating dreams, symbols, and archetypes

Making sense of life transitions, losses, and awakenings

Feeling more grounded, connected, and emotionally alive

Arched Hallway Perspective
EMDR Therapy

Some experiences continue to live in the body long after the moment has passed. EMDR therapy offers a gentle yet powerful approach for processing trauma, reducing emotional distress, and helping the nervous system move toward healing.

Rather than repeatedly reliving painful experiences through talk alone, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation to support the brain’s natural ability to process unresolved memories, helping you feel more grounded, present, and emotionally free.

Releasing emotional charge from traumatic memories

Gaining perspective on past events without overwhelm

Regulating the nervous system and reducing reactivity

Transforming negative self-beliefs shaped by early experiences

THIS MAY SUPPORT YOU IN...

Building greater resilience, grounding, and emotional safety

Somatic Mindfulness

Somatic mindfulness invites us to slow down and reconnect with the body’s natural signals, rhythms, and emotional responses. Rather than immediately analyzing or trying to fix what we feel, this work encourages compassionate awareness of sensations, breath, movement, and nervous system patterns. By learning to gently listen to the body, many people begin to feel more grounded, emotionally regulated, connected to themselves, and present in their daily lives.

THIS APPROACH CAN SUPPORT YOU IN...

Reconnect with your body after trauma or disconnection

Recognize and release chronic tension

Build a sense of internal safety and grounding

Increase awareness of emotional triggers and bodily cues

Cultivate greater self-trust and present-moment awareness

Deepen your capacity for rest, resilience, and regulation

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

There are times when traditional approaches alone may not fully reach the depth of what we are carrying. Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) combines the therapeutic process with expanded states of awareness that can help access emotions, memories, and perspectives that may feel difficult to reach through talk therapy alone.

Within a safe and structured therapeutic setting, this work can support deeper emotional processing, self-understanding, and healing. Rather than chasing altered states or peak experiences, the focus is on making meaningful sense of what emerges and thoughtfully integrating those insights into your daily life.

THIS WORK MAY SUPPORT YOU IN...

Processing unresolved trauma with new perspective

Exploring existential, spiritual, or identity-related questions

Reconnecting to a deeper sense of meaning, purpose, and self

Deepening self-compassion and releasing shame

Integrating past psychedelic or plant medicine experiences with intention and care

Ecotherapy

Healing does not only happen within four walls. Ecotherapy invites us to reconnect with ourselves with the natural world—through movement, reflection, grounding, and relationship with the environments that hold us. Nature can soften the nervous system, create space for perspective, and help us reconnect with parts of ourselves that may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or lost. Whether through walking sessions in nature, moments of reflection outdoors, or reconnecting with the rhythms of the natural world, ecotherapy offers a grounded and restorative space for healing, self-discovery, and renewal.

THIS APPROACH MAY BE SUPPORTIVE FOR...

Reconnecting with yourself through nature and movement

Regulating the nervous system through grounding and sensory awareness

Finding space for reflection during life transitions and stress

Reducing anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional disconnection

Cultivating greater grounding, clarity, and self-connection

WHEN LIFE ASKS YOU TO TURN INWARD
Maybe life has asked more of you than you ever expected...

But still there is a part of you that longs for something deeper. More clarity. More ease. More wholeness. Let’s honor what has been hard and reconnect with what still feels possible. I offer a grounded, heart-centered space to process the past, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a more meaningful way of being. Whether you are navigating trauma, grief, burnout, or a major life transition, healing does not mean becoming someone else — it means returning to yourself.

Gently untangle the weight of old patterns and defenses

Learn to trust the signals of your body and innate wisdom

Show up in your relationships with more clarity and compassion

Make choices that feel more aligned, grounded, and true

Reconnect with a sense of purpose, peace, and possibility
