Greetings
I'm Andrew - Integrative psychodynamic therapist
My approach to therapy is relational, integrative, and depth-oriented. I work with individuals who are ready to explore what lies beneath the surface—those who sense there is more to their story than what they have been living. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, processing unresolved trauma, or making sense of powerful emotional and spiritual experiences.

In our work together, we slow things down. I offer a grounded and attuned presence that allows space for what has been buried, neglected, or split off to gently come into awareness. I draw from psychoanalytic theory, Jungian psychology, mindfulness, somatic practices, and EMDR to help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom, uncover meaning in their pain, and move toward an integrated self.

Therapy with me is not about symptom management alone—it is about honoring your complexity, reclaiming lost parts of yourself, and cultivating the capacity to live with greater depth, clarity, and compassion. Whether you are seeking to heal, gain insight, or simply be witnessed, I am here to walk beside you.
Clients describe me as both
Grounded and deeply attuned
I offer a therapeutic space that meets you exactly where you are—without pressure and without pretense. Some sessions may feel quiet and reflective; others may hold big emotions or long-held truths. I am here for all of it, honoring your process as it unfolds in its own time.

My approach is rooted in depth psychology, drawing from both psychodynamic and somatic traditions. I listen not just to your words, but to what is unspoken, bringing awareness to patterns, symbols, and what the psyche might be trying to say.
Clients often come to me seeking a therapist who is both compassionate and willing to go deep. Someone who can hold a strong container for transformation, while respecting the mystery of the psyche. My role is not to direct your path, but to walk beside you as you reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within you.

Attunement
Therapy is a relationship. I bring a steady, compassionate presence to each session, creating a space where you can feel deeply met, supported, and safe enough to explore what has been too hard to hold alone.
Curiosity
Rather than rushing to fix or avoid pain, I invite compassionate curiosity toward your inner life. By exploring your emotions, dreams, and unconscious material, we uncover meaning, clarity, and new ways of relating to yourself and the world.
Insight
Insight alone is not enough. I support you in weaving what you uncover in therapy into your daily life—bridging mind, body, and spirit, so that healing becomes embodied and transformation sustainable.
WORK WITH ME
My Guiding Principles
Depth
Healing often begins where words end. I invite you to explore beneath the surface—into the symbolic, emotional, and unconscious layers of your experience—where lasting transformation becomes possible.
Soul Work
This is more than symptom relief. Soul work honors your inner life, the wisdom in your struggles, and the archetypal patterns that shape your journey. We listen for what the psyche is trying to express and gently make space for it to unfold.
Authenticity
You do not have to become someone else to heal. In our work together, we focus on reclaiming what is already within you—your truth, your voice—and letting that guide you.

MAYBE YOU ARE...
Carrying old wounds that have not yet found the words
Feeling like parts of you are missing or hidden beneath the surface
Struggling to integrate a powerful or disorienting experience
Caught in repeating patterns that no longer serve you
Longing for more connection—to yourself, to others, to something greater
In the midst of a transition that feels like an initiation
...Then you are in the right place

I saw that everything, all paths I had been following, all steps I had taken were leading back to a single point. It is the exponent of all paths. It is the path to center, to individuation.
