Frequently asked questions
General
I offer in-person therapy sessions in Valencia, CA, about 30 minutes outside Los Angeles, as well as virtual therapy throughout California.”
My fee is $150 for a 50 minute session. I do offer a few sliding scale spots on a need basis.
I typically meet with clients once per week, especially in the beginning as we build a strong therapeutic foundation and explore your goals, patterns, and history. Sessions are 50 minutes long, though longer sessions may occasionally be scheduled when clinically appropriate.
The length of therapy varies depending on your needs and goals. Some clients work with me for several months, while others choose longer-term depth-oriented work.
In our first few sessions, we will take time to understand what brings you to therapy and explore what support feels most meaningful for you. We’ll move at a pace that feels grounded, collaborative, and emotionally safe.
As our work deepens, we may begin exploring recurring patterns, early experiences, relationship dynamics, and the parts of yourself that may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. My approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, somatic mindfulness, and depth-oriented work to support greater self-awareness, healing, and lasting change.
Healing is not always linear, and there may be moments that feel tender or uncomfortable along the way. You will not have to navigate that process alone.
I am currently in-network with Anthem Medi-Cal, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Partnership HealthPlan.
For clients with out-of-network benefits, I can also provide superbills for possible reimbursement.
